Chad M. Drake, MST, is the Accounting Manager at Woolston Consulting Group, LLC.

Chad has almost 15 years of experience in public and private accounting. He specializes in a broad range of tax assistance and compliance, tax planning, and financial statement preparation. Additionally, he provides expertise in pass-through entities, tax estimates, fair market value reporting, and international taxation compliance.

Prior to joining Woolston Consulting, Chad was a finance manager at an investment firm specializing in private equity where he oversaw the accounting, finance, and operations of the general partners. He started his career at a Big 4 firm in its taxation practice with a focus on real estate investment trusts, partnerships, C-corporations, and S-corporations. Following this experience, Chad spent time at a private institutional investment firm where he was responsible for the financial and client reporting; both domestically and internationally. Chad joined Woolston Consulting Group in October 2020.
