Charles T. Woolston, CPA, MST has been in the public accounting profession for over 40 years, giving him a broad range of knowledge and experience with individuals, corporations, partnerships and businesses of varying sizes, structures and industries. He has focused his practice primarily on tax law, compliance, planning and research; business management and strategic planning; estate and retirement planning and investment planning, and management. With regard to the latter, he currently directly manages over $150 million and indirectly supervises over $250 million of client assets.

Mr. Woolston founded Woolston Consulting Group, LLC in 2016, a regional certified public accounting (CPA) and consulting firm located in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, and leads the Tax & Wealth Services Group. From 2009 through June 2016, he was a partner at the CPA firm of Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A., in charge of the high net worth individuals group. Previously, Chuck was managing partner and 1996 co-founder of Woolston, Koerner & Co., LLC, a regional certified public accounting (CPA) and consulting firm. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Woolston operated his CPA firm as a sole proprietor, and from 1977, the start of his career, to 1986, he was employed as an accountant for Gein, Connolly & Switaj.

Mr. Woolston is an experienced presenter on tax laws and issues, forensic accounting and other topics to business groups, such as brokerage and real estate firms, and on career opportunities in accounting to student groups. He has served as an expert witness in tax and accounting matters, prepared court-ordered reports, and represented clients in various business transactions and before the IRS.

Mr. Woolston is also the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salvus Wealth Management, LLC and has over 36 years of experience in advising high net worth individuals and corporations in areas of wealth management. He is a member of the firm's Management Committee and Investment Strategy Team.
